Building a New Strategic Plan

The SJC Strategic Planning Working Group had its first meeting on June 3. The Working Group is composed of Board, faculty, staff, worshiping community, student, and senior administration members, and is supported in its work by the Campus Innovation Consulting Group (CICG). The first meeting centred largely on SJC's Mission and Identity and the strategic planning process. We began to explore our communication with internal and external stakeholders, strategic planning timelines, and models. The Working Group will meet over the summer and will focus on identifying possibilities, and making choices for the community's consideration. We look forward to our next steps, which will include engaging with SJC stakeholders. Stay tuned!
